5-oz of our grilled, season chicken breast, with:
– 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta
– 1/2 cup of broccoli
– our yummy house-made marinara sauce with a dash of Parmesan cheese
Storage and Preparation Instructions:
1. Keep meals frozen until ready to use (up to 6-months!)
2. Remove container from the paper sleeve
3. Vent the plastic covering at one end of the container
4. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes
5. Remove plastic cover, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute as needed
