How FAR away do you DELIVER?

If you have submitted a shipping ZIP code during the checkout process that is beyond our delivery range, the store will not let you complete your purchase.

Delivery fees are the following:
0-15 mi radius of our kitchen: $8 per order
15.1-22.5 mi: $10 per order
22.6-31 mi: $12 per order

What are your DELIVERY FEES?

Can I keep the RED/GREEN COOLER BAGS and ICE PACKS when my order is Delivered and left?

We’re sorry, but we must receive these items back after your Delivery.

Note: If you were unable to greet your Delivery personnel when your order was delivered, please make an effort to return our bags & ice packs upon your next Delivery. These items are very expensive—getting these returned ensures that we can keep Menu prices affordable for you. Thank you very much!

I chose SUNDAY PM DELIVERY — when should I expect my order to be delivered?

First, Sunday delivery is for HOME/RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY only. Thank you for complying to our delivery policy.

Secondly, Sunday Delivery is scheduled to arrive at your designated delivery address between 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. If for some reason your plans have changed and/or you aren’t going to be able to receive your order in person (emergency, etc.), you may do one of the following:
1. You may leave a cooler at your door — our delivery personnel will place your meals in the cooler. If your entire order will not fit, there’s a good chance our drivers will be able to accommodate you with an insulated bag. Please attempt to pick up your meals as soon as possible — or have a neighbor/friend secure them for you — so they do not spoil.
2. If the above is not an option, please call 615.766.8177 (text: 615.506.1989) or email info@mcfmeals.com to explain your situation and discuss an alternative to receiving your order.

I chose SUNDAY PM DELIVERY and am either not going to be home between 2-9 pm, or I have an emergency — what do I do?

Sunday Delivery is scheduled to arrive at your designated delivery address between 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. If for some reason your plans have changed and/or you aren’t going to be able to receive your order in person (emergency, etc.), you may do one of the following:

Do I get to keep the red insulated tote bags?

No.

If for some reason you weren’t home to receive your delivery and you informed us to leave your order on your doorstep, we will eventually need our insulated bag returned (these are expensive to replace!). You may return it to us on your next delivered order, or, if you’re not able to be present for your next delivery, please leave the bag outside for us to use again. Ultimately, we’ll need our bags returned for regular use. Thanks for understanding!

I chose MONDAY AM DELIVERY — when should I expect my order to be delivered?

Monday AM Delivery is designated for OFFICE/DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE only and is scheduled to arrive at your place of business before Noon. If for some reason you will not be available to pick up your order in person, please make arrangements with your front office and/or a colleague to pick up and store your order.

In the event of an extreme situation, please call 615.766.8177 (text: 615.506.1989) or email info@mcfmeals.com to explain your situation and discuss an alternative to receiving your order.

Ordering Questions

Why don’t I see anything for sale on product pages?

We like to keep life interesting—so, we change-up our Menu EVERY WEEK! This means that after the ordering deadline of midnight every Friday night, we take down the current menu so that we can make preparations for Sunday & Monday pick-up & delivery on all of the orders placed during the week.

Then, by Tuesday of each week (or earlier), we start all over again with a brand new Menu. The premise is simple: Order today, enjoy your Fit Meals all next week! Order each and every week, and you’ll never run out of stock!

Is MusicCityFitMeals.com SECURE?

Yes. Our new home at MusicCityFitMeals.com is a safe and secure e-Commerce environment – you should feel confident knowing that your payments are protected and we employ high web-security standards for collecting internet purchases.

Do you SAVE my payment information?

No. For your security, we do not save or store your payment information on our website. This also goes for Site Members who have logins for ordering – payment information must still be entered each week and for every order.

NOTICE: Because of this, we are unable to change and/or update an order that has already been approved for processing. We can offer full refunds and help you make a new order, if necessary.

Again, for your safety, we have decided to make this a precedence over this slight convenience — thank you for understanding and for supporting Music City Fit Meals!

Meal / Product Questions

How LONG do Music City Fit Meal products LAST?

We recommend consuming your Music City Fit Meal products within 1-week from your pick-up/delivery date if you keep them in the refrigerator. Because we offer a new Menu each week, the Meals/items are already prepped, and our price-points are very affordable, we wouldn’t suggest consuming products after 1-week—bookmark our Weekly Menu page and subscribe to our alerts to know what’s on our current Menu at any given time to replenish your personal stock.

Remember, our Menus go live every Tuesday and our ordering period lasts until midnight on Fridays each week. Pick-up and Delivery occurs on Sundays and Mondays every week.

Can I FREEZE my Music City Fit Meal products?

You may freeze your Music City Fit Meal products, but it is not recommended. Because our products are prepared to be consumed within a week, we cannot guarantee that they will warm-up and cook as fresh and tasty as they would be if eaten within the 1-week window from pick-up/delivery.
