Why don’t I see anything for sale on product pages?

We like to keep life interesting—so, we change-up our Menu EVERY WEEK! This means that after the ordering deadline of midnight every Friday night, we take down the current menu so that we can make preparations for Sunday & Monday pick-up & delivery on all of the orders placed during the week.

Then, by Tuesday of each week (or earlier), we start all over again with a brand new Menu. The premise is simple: Order today, enjoy your Fit Meals all next week! Order each and every week, and you’ll never run out of stock!

Is MusicCityFitMeals.com SECURE?

Yes. Our new home at MusicCityFitMeals.com is a safe and secure e-Commerce environment – you should feel confident knowing that your payments are protected and we employ high web-security standards for collecting internet purchases.

Do you SAVE my payment information?

No. For your security, we do not save or store your payment information on our website. This also goes for Site Members who have logins for ordering – payment information must still be entered each week and for every order.

NOTICE: Because of this, we are unable to change and/or update an order that has already been approved for processing. We can offer full refunds and help you make a new order, if necessary.

Meal / Product Questions

How LONG do Music City Fit Meal products LAST?

We recommend consuming your Music City Fit Meal products within 1-week from your pick-up/delivery date if you keep them in the refrigerator. Because we offer a new Menu each week, the Meals/items are already prepped, and our price-points are very affordable, we wouldn’t suggest consuming products after 1-week—bookmark our Weekly Menu page and subscribe to our alerts to know what’s on our current Menu at any given time to replenish your personal stock.

Remember, our Menus go live every Tuesday and our ordering period lasts until midnight on Fridays each week. Pick-up and Delivery occurs on Sundays and Mondays every week.

Can I FREEZE my Music City Fit Meal products?

You may freeze your Music City Fit Meal products, but it is not recommended. Because our products are prepared to be consumed within a week, we cannot guarantee that they will warm-up and cook as fresh and tasty as they would be if eaten within the 1-week window from pick-up/delivery.

Do you cater for large parties, receptions & events?

YES! We now CATER! Please contact us today to inquire about our catering services.

How long do my meals last after I receive them?

We recommend eating your Fresh Fit meals within 1-week from the package date labeled on the container if you keep them in the refrigerator.

If you have purchased Frozen Fit meals, these will be good in the freezer for 6 months from Freeze Date labeled on the container. Feel free to stock up on your favorites so you always have a few on hand! FROZEN Meals Fit Meals

Can I freeze my fresh meals?

We get it, you may not eat all the meals for the week and don’t want them to go to waste. We hate food waste too! You may freeze your Fresh Fit meals, but we cannot guarantee the same quality of freshness.

Our Frozen Fit meals are frozen in our flash freezer which preserves the quality of the food more efficiently than regularly freezing meals. They will last 6 months in the freezer from Freeze Date labeled on the meal container. Check them out! FROZEN FIT MEALS

Can I recycle my meal containers?

We have not found a recycling location in the area that takes this kind of plastic, but we continue to check regularly. The containers are dishwasher-safe and freezer-friendly so please consider reusing them as storage or tupperware.

Additionally, we offer another option to repurpose the containers. We have a Container Collection Program where we can collect washed containers from our customers to help a local ministry that serves the community and offers free meals to those in need. We’ve partnered with All for Him Ministry for years by donating our leftover food to their organization. The Container Collection Program provides All for Him Ministry with containers to package individual meals for people that they serve. LEARN MORE

Where do you cook and package your meals?

At our Madison location, we have a fully operational commercial kitchen where all of the cooking and packaging is done by our trained kitchen team!

What if I want to modify the meal?

Unfortunately, our operation for prepackaged meals does not allow for us to alter the components of the meal on an individual level.

We do offer the ability to customize meals to your liking with our build-your-own meals. Please check those out! CUSTOM MEALS

What if I have an allergy?

We won’t be able to alter a prepackaged meal due to the nature of our operation and the risk of cross-exposure. We provide ingredients on our prepackaged meal labels and list our allergens as well, so you can select the meals that work best with your dietary restrictions.

Our kitchen does contain all “Big Eight” allergens and are present during our operation. We make every effort to avoid cross-exposure. If you have any questions regarding our process or ingredients, do not hesitate to reach out to us. CONTACT INFO

Note: If you were unable to greet your Delivery personnel when your order was delivered, please make an effort to return our bags & ice packs upon your next Delivery. These items are very expensive—getting these returned ensures that we can keep Menu prices affordable for you. Thank you very much!

I chose SUNDAY PM DELIVERY — when should I expect my order to be delivered?

Sunday Delivery is scheduled to arrive at your designated delivery address between Noon – 9:00 p.m. If for some reason your plans have changed and/or you aren’t going to be able to receive your order in person (emergency, etc.), you may do one of the following:
1. You may leave a cooler at your door — our delivery personnel will place your meals in the cooler. If your entire order will not fit, there’s a good chance our drivers will be able to accommodate you with an insulated bag. Please attempt to pick up your meals as soon as possible — or have a neighbor/friend secure them for you — so they do not spoil.
2. If the above is not an option, please call 615.766.8177 (text: 615.506.1989) or email info@mcfmeals.com to explain your situation and discuss an alternative to receiving your order.

I chose SUNDAY PM DELIVERY and am either not going to be home between Noon-9 pm, or I have an emergency — what do I do?

Do I get to keep the red insulated tote bags?

No.

If for some reason you weren’t home to receive your delivery and you informed us to leave your order on your doorstep, we will eventually need our insulated bag returned (these are expensive to replace!). You may return it to us on your next delivered order, or, if you’re not able to be present for your next delivery, please leave the bag outside for us to use again. Ultimately, we’ll need our bags returned for regular use. Thanks for understanding!

I chose MONDAY AM DELIVERY — when should I expect my order to be delivered?

Monday AM Delivery is scheduled to arrive at your place of business before Noon. If for some reason you will not be available to pick up your order in person, please make arrangements with your front office and/or a colleague to pick up and store your order.

In the event of an extreme situation, please call 615.766.8177 (text: 615.506.1989) or email info@mcfmeals.com to explain your situation and discuss an alternative to receiving your order.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery Fees are determined by your zip code.

Why is there not a delivery option when I try to place my order?

If you have entered a shipping ZIP code during the checkout process that is beyond our 30-mile delivery range, there will be no option for delivery (only Pick Up options).

If you know you are in the delivery range, please check to make sure you are only using the first 5 digits of your zip code. Do not include the additional ZIP+4 (ex. 37115-1234)

What do I do with the insulated cooler bags and ice packs?

We collect the cooler bags and ice packs back to sanitize and reuse for the following week. This way we can keep our prices low. We’re sorry, but we must receive these items back after your delivery.
